Reporting to the Head of Finance / Senior Accountant, the Assistant Accountant plays a vital role in the administration and execution of day-to-day accounting tasks which includes accounts payable/receivable, banking, reconciliations, month/year end processes, account transaction postings, match official payroll administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable – invoice entry and payable.
• Accounts receivable – invoice entry and follow up.
• Banking payments and reconciliations.
• Accounting transaction positing and general journals as required.
• Reporting and special projects as required.
• Accounts and compliance for other NSWRL associated entities as required.
• Key involvement in month and year end processes.
