Artistic Swimming Australia (ASA) is the high-performance leader for artistic swimming in Australia, dedicated to developing world-class athletes and preparing them for success on the global stage. Home to the Hancock Prospecting Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Perth, WA, ASA provides a unique training environment where elite athletes balance sporting excellence with academic aspirations.

We are seeking an Assistant Coach - Team Australia to join our high performance coaching team and play a critical role in supporting our national squad as they prepare for benchmark events including the World Championships and Olympic Games.

This position will assist the other Artistic Swimming Australia programs including Green and Gold Academies, ASA Junior and Youth National Programs, ASA SSO’s and ASA Clubs. Collaboration with the other program coaches to continually improve the programs, the development of all athletes, and enhancing pathways into each age group squad throughout Australia is a must. 

As the Team Australia Assistant Coach, there will be complex local and global challenges, which will require skills and experience to navigate and drive meaningful change.
