The Assistant General Manager will be responsible primarily for the overall fan experience at our gamedays, including:
Planning and executing themes for each game
Booking food trucks, face painters, balloon artists, and entertainment for each game
Writing the PA script and assisting with videoboard script/content management
Interviewing, hiring, and managing staff for gameday and team operations
Maintaining and updating staff training methods and plan
Assist with the implementation and execution of partner contractual elements including but not limited to, in-stadium activations, digital & social media campaigns, print media, hospitality, consumer promotions, community programs, events etc.
