Flitwick Dolphins Swimming Club in Bedfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Head Coach to support the delivery and development of our competitive swimming programme, while promoting and upholding the club’s positive, inclusive ethos.

We are a friendly, community-focused club with SwimMark accreditation and a strong track record of swimmer development. We offer opportunities for swimmers of all ages and abilities, from county to national level, to progress in both pool and open water environments.

Awarded Swim England Club of the Year (2017), Regional Club of the Year and Bronze Award Swim England Club of the Year (2023), we regularly have one of the largest representations at County Championships and an increasing presence at Regional and National levels. Our swimmers, including Para Swimmers and Masters, compete across British and Home Nation Nationals (English, Scottish and Welsh), with recent representation at the British Championships.
