
Assistant Home Clubhouse Manager - Miami Marlins
The Assistant Home Clubhouse Manager supports the Head Home Clubhouse Manager in overseeing daily clubhouse operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and player-first environment. This role is critical in supporting players, coaches, and staff while maintaining organizational standards of service and hospitality. The
position requires both travel with the team and oversight of the home clubhouse when the team is on the road.
Responsibilities:
•Support clubhouse setup, maintenance, and daily operations.
•Provide direct service to players and staff, including laundry, equipment, and locker preparation.
•Assist in managing clubhouse staff and ensuring consistent performance.
•Handle postgame cleanup and next-day readiness.
•Coordinate with visiting personnel and umpires as required.
•Travel with the team to assist in clubhouse operations at road ballparks.
•Maintain and prepare the home clubhouse during road trips.
