As a Jump! Swim Schools Rozelle Assistant Manager you will divide your time between teaching our students to swim and assisting the Swim School Manager with the day to day operations of the business.  This is a perfect career progression role for experienced Swim Teachers looking to take the next step.

Selection criteria for Assistant Manager

• AUSTSWIM/ Swim Australia / Royal Life teaching certification (Infants and Access/Inclusion qualifications highly regarded) and teaching experience from infants through to children
• Current CPR Certificate and Working with Children check
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication and engagement skills
• Competent general computer skills and the ability to use social media, as well as learn how to use new software applications
• Must be reliable, mature and willing to take responsibility
• Minimum 12 hours (Sunday morning and all day Monday). Additional regular hours and days available, up to a maximum of approximately 25 hours per week
• Previous experience in a supervisor or manager role will be highly regarded but is not essential
• Eligibility to work in Australia (sorry no working holiday visas or sponsorships)
