Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club (CSCSC) in North London is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Swimming Coaches to support the delivery of our competitive and development swimming programmes.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Coach, Head Coach, and coaching team to deliver high-quality training sessions, support swimmer progression, and help maintain a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning and delivering pool and land training sessions
• Provide technical feedback and skill corrections to swimmers
• Support swimmers at competitions and training events
• Help assess and place swimmers in the correct squads or stages
• Work collaboratively with coaches, volunteers, and the wider club team
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and the Club’s values at all times
