The Assistant Coach, Tennis supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the tennis program, including athlete development, tournament preparation, training implementation, recruiting support, administrative responsibilities, and fostering a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented environment. This role helps ensure the program aligns with organizational standards, student-athlete well-being, and competitive excellence while supporting the holistic development of student-athletes on and off the court. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and conducting high-quality tennis practices, training sessions, and individualized development plans 
• Support the development of student-athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental performance skills 
• Provide instruction in stroke production, match strategy, footwork, movement efficiency, point construction, and competitive decision-making
