This role is intentionally designed for emerging sports business professionals who want hands-on experience inside a growing professional franchise. As a Ballers Associate, you will help power the fan experience while gaining meaningful exposure to how a modern sports organization operates.

Position Summary
The Oakland Ballers Associate plays an essential role in delivering the energy, organization, and service excellence that define the Ballers experience. Associates support the execution of gameday operations and business initiatives across the organization, including ticket and group sales, marketing campaigns, content creation, fan engagement, merchandise, entertainment, and front office projects.

This is a hands-on, developmental opportunity designed for emerging sports business professionals who want meaningful exposure to the inner workings of a growing professional franchise. Associates will work closely with front office leadership while building practical skills in live event execution, direct sales, and cross-functional collaboration.
