The Athlete Health & Performance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating comprehensive medical care, licensure, and post-event injury management for athletes. This role involves frequent communication with athletes, medical providers, insurance partners, and athletic commissions to ensure timely medical evaluations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuity of care following competition.

• Coordinates all aspects of medical care for athletes, including coordination of efforts with individual service providers and insurance companies.
• Schedule and manage medical appointments, ensuring athletes receive timely evaluations and treatment related to injuries, licensure, and post-fight care.
• Research, identify, and maintain relationships with qualified medical providers capable of delivering appropriate athlete care.
• Facilitate medical services by providing insurance information or arranging direct payment to medical providers when required.
