The D-BAT Trainer delivers high-quality instruction through private and group training sessions, helping athletes improve performance while creating an engaging and positive training experience. This role is responsible for player development, client retention, and contributing to overall program growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Player Development (60%)

• Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions tailored to player goals
• Develop training plans using baseline assessments and ongoing performance tracking
• Provide consistent coaching feedback to improve skills, confidence, and game performance
