The successful candidate will leverage data, financial models, and league regulations to optimize roster construction, ensure strict Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) compliance, and deliver actionable player personnel intelligence.
 
Key Responsibilities
Roster Strategy & Salary Cap Management

• Cap Architecture: Maintain and advance comprehensive, real-time salary cap models tracking all WNBA franchises.
• CBA Expertise: Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the WNBA Collective Bargaining Agreement, interpreting complex rules to identify strategic advantages.
• Transaction Modeling: Conduct analytical projections for potential trades, free-agency signings, and draft-night scenarios.
