The Norfolk Tides are seeking Bat Boys for the 2026 season to support clubhouse and dugout operations on game days at Harbor Park. This part-time position plays a key role in maintaining game flow and upholding a professional team environment. The ideal candidate has a basic knowledge of baseball, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in gaining entry-level experience in the sports industry.

Key Duties: 

• Stock dugouts and bullpens with water, seeds, towels, gum, and other equipment.
• Organize and maintain bats, helmets, and related equipment in the dugout. 
• Retrieve and store bats after each at-bat.
• Retrieve foul balls and player equipment as needed. 
• Deliver baseballs to the umpire during the game.
• Assist with keeping dugouts clean and organized.
