The Bat Person is primarily responsible for on-field gear collection, umpire assistance, dugout service (in-game), and off-field clubhouse duties. In addition to gear collection, the bat person assists the clubhouse manager with players’ personal items, pre-game dugout setup, and post-game dugout breakdown. 

Coverage Area and Duties:
-Assist with players and coaches’ uniform care, shoes/cleats, personal items, and towels.                                                       
-Set-up and breakdown of pre-game and post-game meals for players and coaches.
-Trash runs, vacuuming.
-Set up and organize the dugout before game time; bringing equipment, batting helmets, and other supplies from the clubhouse to the dugout.
-Fill coolers/water jugs.
