This role is pro rata so the salary you will be receiving is £13,666.5 per annum, and the estimated start date is May 2026.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Coaching, development and training the players of the 16-19yrs Boxing Academy 
Recruitment of players for WCG Boxing Academy, ensuring the highest quality of delivery and performance in Boxing throughout the WCG organisation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Coaching of the 16-19 Boxing Academy squads and of Female Boxing Academy when required
● Support and develop the partnership with local Clubs
● Reporting and monitoring of players progress throughout
● Performance and results of WCG representative Boxing teams
