The Head Coach will lead and elevate the Senior women’s program competition in the NBL1, Australia's premier winter basketball competition. The successful incumbent will work closely with our Head of Basketball Performance/Experience positions, and Big V Youth League Head Coach. They will also be required to work with the Director of Coaches and Athlete Development to introduce a style of play for the female program from Juniors to Seniors.

In partnership with key stakeholders, the role is to deliver the strategic objectives of the Senior Women’s program, with a strong connection to our local Bendigo community. The position plays a vital role in making Bendigo basketball known and respected in the Australian basketball community.
