We are working towards our three key priorities outlined in our strategy; to support and grow the sport to make cycling more inclusive and accessible, to lead on the world stage by winning and winning well, and to drive social impact by tackling inequalities through providing opportunities.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive new membership acquisition across all our audience segments, developing and implementing targeted sales strategies. 
  • Grow our B2B reach by developing affiliate partnerships and reciprocal marketing opportunities with likeminded brands, and by advancing our corporate membership offer through strengthened onboarding, relationship building and promotional support. 
  • Enhance regional impact and grow the number of members within our cycling clubs by increasing support, understanding barriers and needs, developing resources and attending club network events and webinars.
  • Expand community presence through proactive outreach to bike shops, bike hire facilities, bike parks and other key facilities providing opportunities to reach more cyclists.
