We’re looking for an organised and motivated coach to lead Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross at Lee Valley Paddlesports Club (LVPC), supporting the England Slalom Talent Programme.

This is a hands-on role combining coaching and coordination to grow participation, develop young paddlers, and strengthen the club pathway.

Key responsibilities

Deliver weekly coaching sessions (flatwater & whitewater) Grow participation through programmes, events and competitions Support paddlers’ early competition experiences Manage weekly planning, coaches and communications Build regional partnerships and support coach development Contribute to club strategy, events and financial sustainability
