TrackTown USA is the global epicenter of track & field. We produce the sport’s most iconic events at Hayward Field, where world records are broken and the future of the sport is defined. The Championship Services Coordinator plays a central role in building and sustaining TrackTown’s volunteer program and accreditation system. This position is responsible for managing the volunteer and the accreditation database, leading recruitment and retention efforts, and coordinating all aspects of volunteer operations across TrackTown’s portfolio of events. The Championship Services Coordinator will collaborate with TrackTown staff, event leads, and contracted professionals to ensure seamless volunteer experience from recruitment through event delivery.
