We are seeking an inspiring and dynamic senior leader to guide British Taekwondo through its next chapter of growth and development. As CEO, you will work with the Board to set and deliver our strategic vision, lead a small, but talented staff team & volunteers, and represent the organisation nationally and internationally.

You will oversee operations, ensure strong governance and financial management, and champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

A key part of your role will be uniting and supporting a diverse club network, from volunteer-led community clubs to commercial academies, while expanding opportunities for participation and performance. Based in Manchester, you will be a visible, hands-on leader, building strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders, and driving initiatives that grow our sport and enhance member value.
