The new Chief Executive will provide leadership and management across the NPA's purpose, vision and strategic priorities, leading the team to deliver excellent member services and strong stakeholder engagement with national governing bodies and NSL clubs. The role is part-time (60% FTE / 0.6 FTE), home-based with flexible hours, and requires occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Drive delivery of the NPA's strategic and annual goals, enhance the organisation's reputation as a progressive, high-achieving player association, support and develop the staff team, and work with the Board to uphold strong governance

Management and Governance: Deliver annual operational plans and budgets, maintain compliant policies and procedures, and manage finances and risk with relevant Board committees

Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with England Netball, the Netball Super League and its clubs, Wales Netball, Netball Scotland, and funding partners including the Jacobs Futura Foundation, NFP and Adidas
