What You’ll Do

  • HR & Staff Support: Manage onboarding, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with USL and Texas labor standards.
  • Finance & Office Operations: Track expenses, process invoices, maintain spreadsheets, and support our bookkeeper with accurate financial reporting.
  • Administration: Maintain organized filing systems, oversee office policies, handle vendor communications, and manage supplies.
  • Game Day Support: Assist with match day logistics including vendor coordination, setup, and ensuring smooth execution.
