High Barnet–based Broomfield Park Swimming Club is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified swimming coach to join our established and friendly club.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of swimmers across our competitive, active and masters squads within a positive, safe and athlete-centred environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions (1–2 hours) across competitive, development and/or masters squads as required
• Support long-term athlete development in line with Swim England principles
• Work collaboratively with the head coach and coaching team
• Ensure the safety, welfare and safeguarding of all swimmers
• Adhere to Swim England Wavepower and coaching guidelines
• Promote and uphold club policies and values
