Swan River Rowing Club (SRRC), based in Perth, Western Australia, is inviting applications from experienced and passionate coaches for a full-time Rowing Coach - Club & Pathway position. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed rowing coach to join a thriving club environment and support continued growth and development of the SRRC programme.

Working closely with the SRRC Head Coach, the Club & Pathway Coach will help extend the Club’s high-performance, athlete-centred environment while supporting the day-to-day running of one of Western Australia's oldest and most respected rowing clubs. The role holder will be responsible for delivery and support of key club programs, including Talent Identification, development camps, and community projects, in addition to supporting the coaching team in the coaching of club, junior, senior, and Pathway athletes.

About SRRC

Founded in 1885, SRRC is the second-oldest rowing club in Western Australia and one of the State's oldest sporting institutions. Based on the Canning River, just south of the Perth CBD, the club has grown into a thriving community of over 200 active and social members, spanning recreational rowing through to high performance and national team representation.

Over more than 140 years, SRRC has built a proud competitive history, producing numerous National and International representatives.

SRRC is a Rowing Australia and Rowing WA Pathway and High-Performance Partner, combining a strong competitive programme with a supportive club culture. SRRC was recognised as the Rowing Australia Club of the Year in 2024 and Rowing Australia Program of the Year in 2025.
