Reporting to the Chief Premier & Country Cricket Officer, in this role you will:

• Drive solutions that ensure coaches have access to engaging experiences in education and development
• Deliver coach development workshops to upskill representative level coaches
• Provide regular coaching resources to premier cricket coaches and metro youth championship coaches to aid development and growth
• Resourcing and delivery of Representative (Level 2) Coaching Courses
