Fareham Nomads Swimming Club in Hampshire is seeking an enthusiastic and committed suitably-qualified Swimming Coach to join our growing coaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well‑established, competitive, and community‑focused club, supporting swimmers across all levels of our club.

Applicants should hold a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate or ASA Level 2 Coaching Award.

About Us

We are a thriving Hampshire club with 208 swimmers across our programmes:

• 120 swimmers within our competitive squads
• 88 swimmers in our Learn to Swim pathway, providing a continuous and structured feed into the squads

Fareham Nomads is a strong performer at Hampshire County level, with swimmers progressing onto Regional and a small number achieving National qualification standards. We pride ourselves on a supportive environment, a clear development pathway, and a collaborative coaching culture.

The Role

We are looking for a coach who can deliver high‑quality training sessions across a variety of squad levels. The successful candidate will work closely with our Swim Programme Manager, Head Coach, Development Coach, and wider coaching team.
