Richmond Rowing Club (RRC) is a community-focused club on the Yarra river, supporting rowers from beginner to masters in a friendly, inclusive environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Rowing Coach to join our team. The role will be shaped to suit the successful candidate, from leading the club’s coaching program as Head Coach to delivering squad-based coaching as a squad/casual coach.

Responsibilities may include:

• Designing and delivering the Annual Training Program
• Coaching competitive and/or recreational squads
• Leading or supporting training sessions, rowing camps, and regatta preparation
• Providing technical guidance to athletes and volunteer coaches
• Assisting with crew selection and boat allocations
• Supporting equipment care, rigging, and safe training practices
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive club culture
