Sandbach Sharks Swimming Club in Cheshire is seeking a Swimming Coach to support the development of swimmers across a variety of age groups and squads of different abilities.

Job Description

Hours: Minimum 4 hours per week (evening sessions) with cover shifts and possibility of additional hours  Additional Requirements: Some weekend gala attendance Reports to: Head Coach/Club Committee Location: Club training venues and competition sites

Role Purpose

To deliver high‑quality coaching to swimmers of varying ages and abilities, supporting their technical, physical, and personal development. The coach will help create a positive, safe, and motivating environment that aligns with the club’s values and long‑term athlete development pathway.
