At Sparta Gymnastics, we’re committed to delivering elite gymnastics experiences across Recreational, ACRO, Ninja and High-Performance programs. With state-of-the-art equipment, a dedicated team and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a dynamic Lead Coach to drive our program forward and uplift our athlete and coach community.

 Your Role

• Lead and design high-performance gymnastics programs (Advanced, Advanced Silver & High-Performance levels) in collaboration with our Technical Director.
• Mentor and develop a team of coaches, delivering best-practice training, feedback and performance development.
• Deliver exceptional service and experience to members, engaging with athletes, parents and stakeholders.
• Contribute to program scheduling, curriculum design, athlete progression, and club growth initiatives.
• Work across morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends as required to meet the club timetable.
