With a track record of volunteer capacity building and developing athletes and coaches at both state and national levels, we’re looking for a highly skilled Coaching Manager to lead our programs and elevate the future of hockey in our community.

About the role

As Coaching Manager, you will design and implement a coach development framework for THA and drive the operational success of our hockey programs. The role will work closely with the Hockey Manager, THA clubs, representative coaches, athletes, parents, volunteers and key hockey stakeholders to ensure coaching and participation programs are aligned, well communicated and delivered to a high standard.
