About the role
Reporting to the Area Manager - Country South, in this role you will be responsible for the promotion, implementation and delivery of player and coaching pathways across the Darling Downs Southwest Qld region. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engage with clubs to develop better training environments.
• Build, mentor and maintain a network of talented coaches across the region.
• Establish an annual calendar of coaching workshops and seminars.
• Lead, plan and deliver Community Coach Education courses.
