Cambridge Rugby is entering an exciting new phase in the development, building a strong commercial team to support an ambitious club that combines high-performance rugby with a substantial community club encompassing men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’ sport.

We are particularly interested in people who are ambitious, commercially minded, energetic and comfortable taking ownership. Experience within rugby or professional sport is not essential. We are equally interested in talented people from Cambridge’s wider business, events, hospitality, sales, marketing and communications communities.

Title: Commercial Executive – Events & Hospitality
Reports to: Commercial Manager
Responsibility: Operational delivery of events and hospitality

Role Purpose:
To take operational ownership of Cambridge Rugby’s events and hospitality programme and deliver a consistently high-quality experience for members, supporters, sponsors, businesses and external customers.
