The Brisbane Tigers are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Manager to lead the Club’s commercial growth. This role is responsible for managing and expanding our sponsorship portfolio, securing new partnership opportunities, overseeing the delivery of commercial agreements, and leading all grants and funding activity.

Working closely with the CEO and key internal stakeholders, the Commercial Manager will play a vital role in growing revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring high-quality compliance and reporting across all agreements and grants.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Partnerships

• Lead the Club’s commercial strategy in line with organisational objectives.
• Identify and secure new revenue streams including sponsorship, advertising, events and corporate programs.
• Build sales pipelines, develop proposals, and create tailored partnership packages.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and ensure strong commercial outcomes and deal structuring.
