USA Softball, a volunteer driven, not-for-profit organization, is seeking applicants for the position of Commissioner for USA Softball of Louisiana.  The USA Softball Commissioner should be an individual who is interested in serving as the principal liaison between the local Louisiana association and the USA Softball National Office in Oklahoma City.  Those interested in the complete duties of a USA Softball Commissioner should review the job description below.

A panel will interview and make their recommendation of a temporary commissioner to the USA Softball Board of Directors for confirmation. After serving a minimum of six months and no later than the USA Softball Annual Meeting, the Commissioners Appointment Committee will review the performance of the Commissioner and make a recommendation of interim or permanent status to the USA Softball Board of Directors.
