This role exists to support the development and delivery of a high-impact media and communications strategy that elevates the profile, reach and reputation of the sport across men’s, women’s and disability cricket. 

Reporting to the Communications Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the sport is presented externally across all formats, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative that reflects organisational priorities. The role is primarily focused on England Men, but will also cover a broader range of ECB priorities - including England Women, England Disability, the professional game and the recreational game. The chosen candidate will work in an integrated way with the broader comms team, using media and content to grow audiences, deepen engagement and enhance the sport’s visibility nationally and internationally.
