We are seeking an experienced, highly organised proactive individual to support the Head of Communications in ensuring the function runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will work across the Communications team to provide essential operational, administrative and work flow support to help keep the function organised and efficient, aligning day-to-day processes and co-ordinating information flow to ensure the team has what it needs to deliver at pace.

This position is based at our headquarters in Brackley, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day operations: Including supporting budget planning and maintenance, resource planning of team members and content resource, centralising booking process for content resource and calendar management, leading F1 pass submission process, consolidation of all assets created by content and production resource.
