We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about developing the participation & growth of the game and widening access to cricket at all levels. A collaborator with excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills who is also able to work well on their own. You will be passionate and knowledgeable with a desire to learn whilst delivering opportunities for development across the game.

Roles and Responsibilities: The Community Coach will be responsible for: School Programmes:
Deliver the Chance to Shine programme of either the Whole School Programme (Full term) or Cricket Engagement Days (Full day) in Primary and Secondary Schools setting, as directed by the P&G Officer
Deliver, support & facilitate Primary winter indoor festivals & competitions, as directed by the P&G Officer
