We are looking for a Community Coach to join our team. You will be part of the Middlesex in the Community team who work in one of the most vibrant cities in the world, London! We deliver participation focused cricket, working with local schools, youth groups, community engagement programmes and charities to allow everyone to take part in the game in . We are a charity that embraces difference, pushes the boundaries on what can be achieved and wants to lead on the world stage. We believe in the power of sport, in its ability to unify communities, develop people and improve environments so that everyone can take part and thrive in cricket!

Middlesex in the Community covers delivery in 17 of the London Metropolitan Boroughs.

Principal responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
• Coach on Chance to Shine School & Street Programmes across Middlesex
•Deliver quality community coaching across Middlesex in the Community programmes, including National Programmes & Lord Taverners programmes.
• Support with the administration of Chance to Shine School & Street programmes as required.
•Support with the development of the Chance to Shine Programme, connecting participants with further playing opportunities, including but not limited to Street Clubs & traditional cricket clubs.
• Assist with the development of cricket in Middlesex's 17 boroughs according to Middlesex in the Community's Strategy
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
