Northamptonshire, delivering services in support of the cricket community across the county. It is one of 39 County Cricket Boards / Foundations in England & Wales and works in partnership with a number of key stakeholders to develop the recreational game locally in line with the strategy developed by the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB).

Job Specification
The Steelbacks Foundation are looking to appoint a number of Community Cricket Coaches, to lead and support the delivery of a range of high – quality cricket and community projects, programmes and events that engage and inspire individuals in order to sustain and grow cricket participation opportunities and to help establish cricket as a game for all in line with the Northamptonshire equity, diversity and inclusion plan. The role will be key to establishing cricket as the most inclusive team sport in Northamptonshire, in line with the Steelbacks Foundation Strategic EDI Plan 2025-2026.
