We’re looking for a passionate, driven community soccer leader to help One Knoxville SC grow the game across East Tennessee. This person will lead the design, execution, and expansion of grassroots soccer programs in partnership with schools, parks, nonprofits, and neighborhoods. Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Community Engagement

• Design and launch mission-driven soccer programs with community partners (e.g., a One Knox + Boys & Girls Club league across multiple chapters)
• Collaborate with Knox County Schools to schedule in-school soccer activations
