
Community Sales Account Manager - Madison Mallards & Madison Night Mares
Utilize training provided by Mallards to sell tickets for the Madison Mallards Baseball & Madison Night Mares Softball.
Develop new techniques to sell tickets, including community outreach, to multiple segments across community sales groups.
Utilize Mallards/Night Mares CRM system to track all customer interactions.
Manage existing ticket clients and develop new business ticket sales.
Develop new sales leads and actively prospect daily.
Seek referrals on every call.
Set meetings weekly with renewal and new business leads.
Maintain call logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Properly report all signed sales and outbound contracts through sales spreadsheets and staff sales trackers.
Upgrade and up sell clients into different categories and ticket packages.
