This isn't a sit at your desk and flick through emails kind of job.

It's hands on, event focused and people powered. You'll be in the middle of the action making things happen, keeping things moving, solving problems as they pop up and yes, probably asking, "Where are the multitimers?" more than once.

But here's the other truth.

Behind every smooth event is someone who has done the work well before the first starter says set. Someone who has checked the start lists twice. Someone who has confirmed the venue booking, the equipment delivery, the officials roster and the contingency plan. Someone who communicates clearly, follows through and owns their patch.

That's the person we're looking for.

We're Capital Athletics, the peak body for athletics in the ACT and surrounds. We're building something special by creating genuine opportunities for athletes of all ages and backgrounds and delivering competitions that matter.

We're a small, committed team based at the University of Canberra. We keep things relaxed in tone, but we take our work seriously. We back each other. We hold ourselves accountable. We care about getting it right. Right now, we're looking for a Competition Coordinator to help bring our event calendar to life.
