Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead and administer all aspects of the Metro Youth Championships (MYC) to deliver world-class junior representative competitions
• Lead and deliver the execution of Cricket NSW-delivered community competitions
• Create exceptional experiences for participants, parents, supporters and volunteers

• Previous experience in competition administration
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver clear outcomes and results
