About the role 

The Competitive Pathways Coordinator supports the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of Queensland’s competitive tennis pathway, from grassroots through to elite events. This role assists with tournament application processes, Tournament Planner (TP) file creation, endorsement processes, and stakeholder communications. 

This role plays a key operational role in maintaining tournament systems, supporting event delivery, and providing guidance to affiliates and event deliverers. It will work closely with the Competitive Pathways Manager and the broader Competitive Play team, collaborating with internal teams, Tennis Australia, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment to the Tennis Queensland Strategic Plan.
