Epsom District Swimming Club is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and organised Squad Lead Coach to join our successful competitive swimming programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the next generation of performance swimmers within a thriving and ambitious club environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Coach, you will lead one of our key development/performance squads, working primarily with competitive swimmers aged 10–15. You will help bridge the pathway between junior performance athletes and senior squads, ensuring swimmers are technically strong, motivated and prepared to progress through the club.

You will work closely with the Head Coach, assistant coaches and wider coaching team to deliver high-quality sessions aligned with British Swimming’s OADF principles, while fostering a positive, inclusive and competitive culture.

This is a self-employed position offering approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility around scheduling and opportunities for additional coaching hours across the club where required. A competitive hourly rate will be offered depending on experience.
