What will you be doing?

• Day to day case management of new and ongoing disciplinary and safeguarding concerns and cases. Acting as fact-finding/investigative officer for all reported concerns and coordinating the work of independent investigators where required;
• In conjunction with the Compliance Manager & Safeguarding Manger, make defensible decisions and advise on appropriate action in disciplinary and safeguarding cases;
