The Head Coach will be responsible for the coaching of the England Blind Team along with creating an environment that is inclusive, diverse and offers players the opportunity to learn and grow leading both players and people in a High Challenge / High Support space that follows the England Disability Cricket's aim of being the best prepared Blind Squad in the world.
