The role will involve supporting with member and public inquiries, ensuring exceptional service via phone, email, or in person. Additionally, they assist with various AUFC departments as needed, fostering strong working relationships to achieve sustainable growth.

AUFC have multiple casual positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service both over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Answering inbound membership calls
  • Making outbound membership calls
  • Working match days
  • General assistance to the membership & ticketing team
  • Assisting with member enquiries & selling memberships
