About the Role

Event & Program Delivery

• Coordinate delivery of sailing school programs, holiday camps and on-water events.
• Support planning and execution of club racing and regattas.
• Prepare and manage event budgets within approved parameters

Administration & Participant Management

• Manage participant enquiries and onboarding processes.
• Oversee registration processes and maintain accurate participant records.
• Maintain and update the Club’s CRM and data systems.
