The Richmond Flying Squirrels are seeking a Creative Services & Graphic Design Associate to assist in the execution of the creative and strategic vision that elevates our brand, engages fans, and strengthens community connections through graphic design – both print and digital media. This role helps to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all design projects in marketing, merchandise, social media, etc. The Associate will support the Creative Services Department in delivering compelling and innovative design assets, enhancing the fan experience, and supporting key organizational goals - including the highly anticipated launch of CarMax Park.  
 
Responsibilities 

• Assist the Creative Services Department in the development, completion, and delivery of graphic design projects that supports various organizational objectives: brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, corporate partnership initiatives, and 804 Live Events at CarMax Park.
